Equipment

  • 9" x 13" pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box quinoa pasta I used a 16oz box
  • 15 oz tuna in water I used 3, 5oz cans
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese separated in half
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 375° F.
  • Place tuna and mayo in a mixing bowl. Mix well until it becomes a creamy texture.
  • Cook your pasta in a large pot per package instructions, then drain.
  • Add your tuna, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • On a medium-low heat, mix all of the ingredients until the cheese melts in the pasta.
  • Spray a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place your tuna mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the additional 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until your cheese becomes golden brown and delicious!
